Supervision can take many different forms and supervisors can be very different in their approaches.

At Chapters, we offer a Person-Centred based clinical supervision for counsellors that is mixed with other more directive, educational approaches when appropriate. Sharon is able to work with trainee and qualified counsellors.

Non-Managerial supervision is a supportive relationship offered for non clinical work. This could be management in business, senior leaders in schools, support workers, police or other emergency worker staff or anyone who experiences issues or difficulties in their job role. This relationship provides support, time out, perspective and opportunities for reflection and personal/professional development.
