This is usually an 18 or 20 week course and will introduce you to the concepts and skills used in counselling. You will enjoy a mix of learning some basic theory, undertaking some self awareness activities and developing some enhanced communication skills.
This is great as a stand alone qualification for those who are venturing back into education or who are looking to develop a new career path. It is also a useful add-on qualification for professionals such as teachers, teaching assistants, customer services staff, carers, nurses, doctors and anyone else who requires enhanced listening and communication skills.
At Chapters we really believe that learning should be fun and creative as well as challenging and just a little bit demanding!...so we mix up all the ingredients to create an enjoyable and valuable learning experience.
